Insurance
We accept assignment of benefits from most traditional dental plans. This means we will submit claims to the insurance carrier for payment. We ask our patients to pay only their deductibles and co-payments at the time of their visit.
Based on the plan information that you give us, as well as information compiled from working with many insurance companies, we are able to provide you with an estimate of your benefits. Occasionally an insurance carrier pays less than estimated. Should this happen, you are responsible for payment of the balance of your account. We will be glad to assist you in resolving a dispute with your insurance company. However, our relationship is with you, not the insurer. We are not responsible for their actions.
We reserve the right to decline assignment of benefits from a carrier, should they have a history of difficulty. In those cases, we will submit claims for you to be reimbursed directly. If you desire you may pay us for services and we will be glad to assign benefits to you.
We are proud to offer our Catonsville Comprehensive Dentistry Annual Preventative Plan. This is a great alternative to traditional insurance for those who do not have a good plan through their employer. It includes preventative care and diagnostics for one low annual membership fee. For dentistry that is needed, there is a discount on services. Ask us about our office membership plan!
