For the third year in a row, members of our staff took a dip into the Chesapeake to benefit Maryland Special Olympics. On January 30, 2010, snow could not keep six of our staff and our families from plunging in the icy water and raising over $1100 of the total $3.2million in this great charity event. Dr. Mohler has been selected to serve as a delegate to the national Academy of General Dentistry this year. He was one of four representatives from Maryland at the National AGD Convention in July 2010. He will also be serving as one of the Dean's volunteer faculty at the University of Maryland Dental School for the second year, teaching ethics courses several mornings during the fall and spring semesters.

In June 2009, our very own assistant, Geneal White, joined Dr. Baronas on a dental mission trip to El Salvador for the first time. During that week, they were able to provide dental care for hundreds of children and adults in need.
In August 2009, we celebrated a "big birthday" for Mary O'Connell, one of our long-time hygienists, with a party, known by some as "Mary-oke." Some patients, friends and family joined us to sing and dance the night away.(...and this was the beginning of the night)
